Rose Dark Tea
On the third day of the fourth lunar month, our destination was Xiaojin County on the eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Before dawn, we collected fresh organic roses. With delicate care to prevent the buds from falling, we hurried back to the tea factory before nightfall. After meticulous aging with one bud and two leaves of Tibetan tea, and being cellared four times over five years, a masterpiece was crafted.
